Ben Davies ran trading for RBS Greenwich Capital before co-founding Hinde Capital in early 2007. Ben manages the Hinde Gold Fund and is a partner in economic analysis company Variant Perception. Talks A LOT about currency debasement, gold being a store of value and the need to improve the Bb design. Thinks this description doesn't reflect how funny he thinks he is.

Jessica Williams is Bb's Stig. A successful serial entrepreneur, splitting her time between Bb and other businesses. Loved by everybody, Jess has a great sense of humour (like Ben), is enormous fun to work with, is a formidable opponent, courageous investor and a rubbish racing driver.

James Tipple is vice president of marketing at Yahoo! where he's worked since 2006. Currently living in Geneva, James' most significant contribution is hosting the annual Verbier ski trip. His 16 years of marketing experience at a senior level with 4 of the largest companies in the world also come in handy.

Louisa Martin was a director at Citigroup working on the European Rates Sales Desk until 2008. Louisa now trades for herself and runs a privately held property investment fund. A sharp commercial mind, wild (despite the butter wouldn't melt look), extravagant and a great skier.

Nick Wood was a board director at Clarksons, the largest ship broker in the world, until 2009. He is now a partner in RS Platou LLP, the London arm of the Norwegian Shipbrokers. Well connected and infectiously enthusiastic about Bb. Ran the London Marathon in 2:55 and thinks triathlons are fun, not utter madness.

Jane Pollard is a senior member of the fixed income team at Edmond de Rothschild. A keen eye for detail and style makes her involvement in Bb frustrating for her at times. Blurred pictures are her pet hate. If she asks you out for a quick drink don't be surprised to be looking for places that are still open at 3 in the morning.

Catherine Wynn-Jones is Head of Marketing within Enterprise Risk Services at one of the Big 4. Hugely intelligent and annoyingly modest and personable with it. Does the work of 2 in half the time, enormous fun to be with and unstoppable on the dance floor after a few shampoos.

Paul Blunden has worked in Corporate Finance for the past 10 years, both at one of the Big 4 and as a director of international property investment firm aAIM Group. His love for tinkering with property gives him the sense of humour and keen eye for mischief that go with spending too much time with bricklayers and sparkies. There is no better man for spotting the innuendo that's slipped into postings by Bb's City comics. Big hands.
